offending or upsetting customers in the facility.
Before working at Marvel Coffee Company, I had worked as a volunteer at a food bank,
and I learned that volunteering is giving back to the society and empowering and all the effort
would be rewarded when the time comes. I have also learned to be more empathetic towards
others and by working with diverse group of individuals from different backgrounds made me be
a dedicated team player. I also learned to face and seek ways of overcoming challenges with
integrity and optimism in life.
Additionally, I am aware that the institution has prestigious business programs that are
essential to achieving my career goals. Upon graduating from this great University, I intend to
work as a CEO or manager in one of the multi-billion company being that I have worked in some
companies for some years after graduating from high school. I plan to build upon the required
values and principles that I have developed while growing. Moreover, in relevance to the
business undergraduate program, I believe that the institution offers a conducive learning
environment that will see me triumph in my studies and future career.
Apart from academics, I plan to combine my goals in academics with extracurricular
activities since I have been a rugby player in my former school and member of different clubs
and associations. Engaging myself in outside class activities has helped me manage time well
and become active in teamwork. Am looking forward to reviving my rugby skills and join the
school team and become one of the best players in the region. Playing the game allowed me to
realize that teamwork is an essential part of everyone’s success. I learned that teamwork allows
all of the members to strive for a common goal hence we must have mutual respect for one
