My interest to undertake a bachelor's degree in advertising, social media, and public
relations is informed by the passion for venturing into advertising, social media, and public
relations campaigns. To acquire essential knowledge and abilities to implement these duties, I
must have an excellent educational background in advertising, social media, and public relations.
I hope to pursue my bachelor's degree at Lynn University for different reasons. Having reviewed
the University's profile and academic performance record, I was mainly fascinated by the
school's teaching methods and curriculum that emphasizes both hands-on and theoretical skills.
Moreover, Lynn University is known to produce skilled and outstanding alumni in the
advertising field. This excellence is mainly attributed to the school's exceptional facilities and
resources, as well as time-proven professionals. The University also hosts students from diverse
cultural backgrounds, which make it easy for international students to adapt to the learning
environment and interact with other students. I firmly believe that with the assistance of highly
qualified experts in the faculty of business, I would acquire vital knowledge and competencies
crucial for my professional advancement.
I come from a multicultural background. Thus, I am confident that I would be an
excellent match for Lynn University. I was born in Thailand, raised in England in my teenage
years, and relocated to the United States as a young adult. This form of upbringing helped me
know and appreciate the diverse perspectives of culture to date. During my childhood, I grew up
as Buddhist; however, in my teenage years, I was introduced to monkhood and was even
ordained as a monk in Chiang Mai, Thailand. In the process, I realized monkhood was
complicated from regular fasting, chanting at least three times in a day, and training my mental
health to attain nirvana.
ADMISSION ESSAY 3
Everyone may have experienced challenges in the course of their lives that have made
them give up on life. However, throughout my life, I have always considered failure as a learning
opportunity. My first encounter of failure is when I enrolled in one of the high school in South
Florida for my 9th-grade that operated via a compressed yearly program. The choice I made was
purely uninformed as I thought it would be easy for me to cope with the school's strict program.
However, the actual studying environment and the complexities imposed by the compressed
program exceeded my capabilities, and I failed, contrary to my prospects. The experience of this
terrible failure was unpleasant. It provoked an urge inside me to evaluate my decision-making
process. I discovered that making a decision should not be a sudden and unorganized procedure.
My decision to enroll for a compressed program was solely based on assumption and false
reassurance of my capabilities. From this experience, I learned that it is crucial to seek
information concerning any issue before taking any decisive step. I also discovered that making
rushed and uninformed choices will always result in failure.
In a different incident, during my sophomore year at the University of Central Florida, I
opted to join a union. In the process, I noticed that the clothing the fraternity delivered to us was
of poor quality. I immediately knew I had to act and fix the problem. Consequently, I identified
an apparel firm that produced high-quality clothing and began my clothing brand known as the
AAGreeks. Initially, I experienced some challenges in learning how to design, make, and market
my apparels. It took me a few months to learn the process of tailoring a shirt from scratch to the
final product.
Additionally, I was able to create an e-commerce site, and my designing skills much
improved. Given another chance, I will do it again to acquire all the knowledge and learn from

both my failure and success. I am confident that these experiences created a well-versed
individual. Thus, I am committed to taking a new path in my journey at Lynn University.
