The system helps in analyzing and examining all the related complexity that has
resulted in cooperation and conflicting of both the Horizontal and the Vertical
intergovernmental relations in the involved states. The impacts of all the public policies on the
United States society in relation to the daily changes that are occurring due to globalization
changes across the globe which have of recent affected adversely the whole generation. The
continuous rapidly changes in the technology and other new inventions have affected the
performance of the federal system. The relation of the Nevada is greatly affected the federal
policies as the economic performance of the economy as the distribution of the available
resources are affected by the set regulations and rules that govern the distribution of the
national cake.
In Nevada, the licencing system recommends that the drivers must obtain a licence
from the state of residence.In order to get acquisition to a licernce,one is expected to be
atleast 16years and above given the outlined regulations of the state contrary to others.Foreign
drivers visiting the state,are required to acquire the federal lice nce that is given by the federal
government of the state rather than either the counties of their respective residence,the licence
is given by the state departments office of foreign minister that resembles the regular state
issued licence by other states of America (Ross G & Nelson, 2006, pg 80).
