Introduction
In this section, I will address who the case study concerns and include information about the age,
the members of the family and the source of income. I will discuss the financial burden in the
family and how Mr Smith spent his savings on a lawsuit contributing to their financial status.
The health status of the Smith family is an issue of concern, and the ailments have contributed to
the deteriorating condition in the family. I will include information about how health workers
discover the state of the family and convince the family welfare association to offer financial
assistance. The thesis statement will be the treatment plan options adopted by the family welfare
to assist the Smith family in recovery.

Paragraph one
Address the health conditions affecting each family member; begin with Mr. Smith’s
ailments of poor vision, flat feet, a weak heart and bad teeth and how the illnesses affect
his daily activities.
Focus on Mrs. Smith who is pregnant and talk about her bad teeth and how poor diet has
affected her pregnancy.
Consider the overall nutrition of the family where I include the meals they survive on and
how that diet is not right for a pregnant woman and growing children.

Describe the treatment options provided to the Smiths family.
Analyze the treatment plan set for Mr. Smith’s ailments in the Boston Dispensary where
his teeth are extracted, how arch supports are fitted in his feet to solve his flat feet

problem, a physical examination on his heart to find the problem, and how glasses are
recommended for his poor eyesight.
Focus on the treatment options for Mrs. Smith and highlight how she visits the Forayth
Dental infirmary to have her teeth fixed.
Discuss her prenatal visits, and the assessment results from the checkup and how diet has
improved the growth of her pregnancy.
Include information on how the varicose veins affect her mobility and how the family
welfare buys special bandages advised by the prenatal clinic to treat the condition.
Highlight the mental problems in the family where I discuss Mr. Smith’s temper, Olivia’s
terrible temper tantrums and their oldest child, John’s rude behaviour.
Discuss the mental health workers recommendations offered for each family member and
describe the outcomes of the treatment.
Discuss Olivia’s case and talk broadly about the reasons contributing to her bad temper
tantrums.
Paragraph three
Address how family welfare has intervened in support of Smith's family.
Talk about how the association was convinced by the nutritionist to offer financial
assistance.
State the goal to be accomplished for the Smiths family which is to provide treatment to

Talk about the instance she says that she never thought that milk was essential for her
pregnancy.
Address Olivia’s situation; her doctor that assesses her recommends that John is removed
from the family so that her condition can change.
Explain why the doctor gives the suggestion and how it will impact the family’s
condition.
Highlight relapse strategies the Smiths’ could adapt to help John improve his mental
state.
Suggest that cognitive-behavioral therapy for John.
Talk about how relapse prevention therapy will help identify the triggers that influence
John’s behavior and provide an action plan of how the family would help in his recovery.
Conclusion
Restate how the treatment plan for the Smith family has contributed to their recovery.
