Dear Sir,
I would like to take this opportunity to communicate my sincere gratitude for offering me a
position in your company. I, therefore, want to say thank you for trusting my capabilities and
expertise despite receiving applications from various applicants with either similar or better
qualifications for the same positions. I will, therefore, take it upon myself to ensure you do not
lose that trust in me at any time as long as we shall continue to cooperate towards making the
company a better a place than I found it.
Secondly, I would like to inform you that I was impressed with the operations and management
of the organizations. They are compatible with my skills, interest, and background and there is
no doubt I will not experience any setback in fitting to the systems. It was a pleasure getting the
opportunity to meet most of the workers in the organization after the interview. The occasion did
not only allow me to reach most of my soon to be colleagues but also increased my interest in
working for the company and meeting all my obligations as one of the firm’s employees.
Finally, from experience, I have never felt comfortable during my introduction to the company
following an interview as I did in your presence. It is only a sign of productive cooperation in
future endeavors as we work towards making the company grow. It was nice meeting you, and I
look forward to working with you for a long time. I believe together we will write a new chapter
to the firm’s growth and impacts to the society.
