and carport parking type in the sample.

All the respondents who had responded to parking type in reference to the number of bedroom
said yes to carport and no to carport & garage while 52% of the respondent said yes to garage
and 48% said no. as evidenced in the grand totals percentages, there is no relationship between
number of bedroom and parking type since the percentage difference is not large.

1. From the scatter plot above, there is a weak positive linear relationship
between square footage and acreage.

The average square footage is 1503.37 with 0.15 acreage. The most used measured for
square footage is 1172 with 0.12 average. Skewness for square footage is 0.33 (SD =
358) and kurtosis is 1.09. the skewness and kurtosis range are within the range of -1.96
and +1.96 hence the variable is normally distributed. Acreage is skewed to the right
(skewness = 3.42 SD = 0.05 and Kurtosis = 12.74)
