From the case study, suggest short-term recommendations for the set of six jobs at the
company. Support your proposals
The first suggestion is that the company as to hire more employees which result in a
reduction of a hectic day job (Jenq, 2014). Accordingly, the hiring of more workers would make
the senior management to manage the business rather than filling the balloons, and therefore
more work could be done (Carleial, & Hellman, 2015). Besides, the second proposal is that the
company should install another helium tank with the primary intention of raising the production
process (Jenq, 2014). Furthermore, the installation of more helium tanks would be more time
saving and hence provide more gases for the deflated balloons.
From the case study, evaluate the efficiency of Balloons Aloha's sequencing system. Provide
long-term recommendations concerning sequencing jobs at the company. Support your
proposals
Increasing the number of the workers will increase production. The firm has to install a
system that is multiprocessing to perform all the tasks at the same time (Carleial, & Hellman,
2015). However, it is crucial that the management should maintain to one sequencing since this
will improve the efficiency help to monitor the results of each tank together with the number of
balloons needed to fill one tank (Jenq, 2014). In that case, the sequencing system used in Balloon
Ahola is not efficient. Conversely, the order of the sequence is biased because some tasks are
more agent than others (Carleial, & Hellman, 2015). Accordingly, the firm has to adopt a
standard series which provides information on the number of customers required
