CAREER COMPARISON
I choose this essay because it is something I could relate to. It compares and contrasts the
two careers the physical therapist and travel photographers. These are careers which, I have
much information about. I choose the career because it is something I could relate to. It was not
difficult because it is talking about the two careers that I like and have been aspiring to be either
of the two. I know some of the advantages and disadvantages of being in each of them. For
example, examining the job outlook and salary of the two careers. The physical therapist has a
higher salary and other benefits such as insurance and retirement accounts as compared to that of
the travel photographer. Additionally, a physical therapist is more respected because of nature of
taking care of many patients. However, it takes much time to study as compared to that of the
travel photographer.
On the other hand, there are advantages of travel photographer such as those exploring
the world and knowing different cultures. Although the travel photographers travel in many areas
they incur the cost in the new areas and therefore making the career challenges. Comparing the
two careers it is better to be the physical therapist that than that of travel photographer because of
job security.
