Due to the blood-stained sputum, P.W could be enduring a pulmonary infection.
Concerning the reduction in energy levels, besides sweating and losing weight, the patient may
be suffering from tuberculosis. P.W may as well be encountering head inflammation or fungal
infection to explain his stained sputum. The patient’s native homeland will also have to be
considered when evaluating possible conditions or the predisposing factors of the victim’s
disease.
