provide linkage with public health to enable a free flow of information and resource. This linkage would

lead to sustained and systematic collaboration with joint planning, implementation, and evaluation. It

would result in excellent healthcare services. Therefore, the public can solve these problem facing CHIP

in that their state practices justice on the funds released for CHIP. Failure to this it may lead to failure.

Thus there may suffer paying hospital bills for them.
