Our school, located three kilometers away from the main town. Around the school, there
are other established organizations such as the local church and the local stadium. It is a religious
school which gets based on high Christian values. The religious doctrines that are behind the
school are one based on the beliefs of Catholics, which is confidentially retained by the resident
Catholic Church.
Philosophy
The central philosophy of the schools is the belief that children hold the future. The other
philosophy of the schools is to teach students well and give them the opportunity to lead the
future. Each and every child is unique. It implies that each and every child should grow up in an
environment whereby they are appreciated and cared. They should grow up in an atmosphere
where learning will get promoted unto them. The other philosophy that is held by the school is
that it is important to promote diversity which is essential for experiential education.
Mission of the school
The school's mission is to provide an experience-based cross-disciplinary education in
which students work there to achieve high potential learning capabilities. The school has a
mission of promoting confidence, resourceful and curious learners. Additionally, the school aims
at developing trust and a strong sense of personal as well as social responsibility.
Characteristics of the school
The school has been founded based on anthropologies that are Christian based. The
school teams with other community members and also the church; evidently there is an aspect of
teamwork. There is improved interaction in the school especially with the local bishops of the

church. There is also interaction with educators and other teachers. Most of the professionals and
students get affiliated to the Catholic doctrines.
Classroom description and supporting data for decision making
Our classroom is elegant and tidy. It has a good arrangement and students sit in rows.
Board gets located in the front of the class. It has two doors a front and a back door. Within the
classroom, there are around five computers. The chairs are red in color, and the tables are red.
There is a big white board in front of the class which teachers use to provide explanations for
information that we learn in class.
Inclusion of technology or adaptive devices to accommodate all learners
Within our classroom environment, there are five computers which student’s users to
expand their knowledge on the use of new technologies. Each student is given a slot to use these
techniques. Students use the techniques also to enhance their computer skills. Use of these
devices gets aided by our computer teacher in the school. Also, there are also lessons that have
been slotted to teach the students more knowledge of the use of computers.
Classroom management plan
Based on the nature of our class, I would prefer that the ideas that had been proposed by
Montessori to get integrated into our classroom environment. These ideas will be useful in
ensuring that learners get to understand things fast. People should be taught based on how fast
they learn things and not to meet grades and move to another level. In this way, I would prefer
that people within the same age group are slotted a classroom whereby they will get taught
important aspects of improving knowledge. After they have well understood what they get
taught, then they should be moved to the next level. It will help provide understanding to

learners. They will acquire knowledge and will be able to develop based on their levels of
understanding.
