SAP management software is a globally acclaimed CRM software that enables firms to
follow on the various business processes and interact with their own customers. Systems
Applications and Products (SAP) software is used widely in organizational activities such as
financial management, operations management and human resource management. The
automated SAP system allows the functions in a company to be fluid and in addition, the
integration of the functions such as in accounting and logistics of the company leads to an
efficient and effective workflow of the company. The employees work is made easier in the
organization, therefore motivating them to deliver goods to customers as required. It thus
improves customer service by ensuring that goods and services are delivered at right time, place
and in the right quantity. SAP also enables the workforce to handle complaints faster and
implement solutions in a formal way.
There are many companies that utilize the SAP system, such as Coca Cola, Colgate
Palmolive, Ford and DHL. They have maintained a relationship with SAP SE Corporation due to
the productivity levels brought about by the functions of the SAP system.
