Developing Products on Internet Time
The World Wide Web has over years shown some significant rise, and this has brought
about a challenging environment for the developing products. Products that are produced for
consumption in the markets need to satisfy the consumer's needs and wants. During the
development, the modern technology is embraced so as to make changed and satisfactory
products. With the technology changing on a daily basis, the production companies have to keep
on modifying their products so as to fit in the target market (Thomke, 2007). Approaches to
product development are made flexible so that even after the implementation there is still a gap
for further change and even modification if need be. Innovation has ensured that the internet
providing companies can fast and easily incorporate into any product for the production of a
required item. Technological competitors evolve daily, and this can cause a loss of customers to
the new competitor as their product may be preferred since the suits the people needs. Businesses
have to be to acquire a development process that can easily be changed so as to match the daily
customer needs if required (Smith, 2007).
Flexible Work Process
Organizations need flexibility due to the technological contexts that they operate in. The
constant changes in the cooperate word make most of the organizations lack flexibility, and this
poses a high risk of failure as there is little productivity as the products move slows in the
market, reduced job satisfaction as the products are not what the customers exactly want. The
employee well-being is not there and this result to losses and lack of hitting targets in the
competitive market. Developing the workplace strategies and the long-term goals flexibility need
to be adapted as it is an influential part. Today companies have to cope with the changing

customer's needs, wants and also the technological development that brings about a stiff
competition within the concentrated markets. Flexibility implementation is the only option left so
as to sail through and also beat the rest companies in the game. A flexible work process is
achieved by an increase in employee engagement and diversity, as different people can bring up
useful ideas that can be of help in boosting the product quality. Job satisfaction should also be
observed, this is because when the employees are happy and content with the work, they are
performing then the products they produce will also be good and of quality, as they have full
concentration during work. There should also be minimized stress level, and this helps the
employees pay attention in the product and quickly adapt to any changes that occur, with this the
final expected product is successfully achieved (Kamel, 2005).
Foundation of a Flexible Process
A flexible work process is founded on observation of several things where; research is
first carried out on the advantages and disadvantages of the work program on the produced
products. This is because different companies offer different products and the operating
environment is usually different, which means that different flexible programs work differently
for different companies. The work program that has the most advantages is opted for. Guidelines
for the flex program are then created and followed, and they address all the needs of the business
as well as stand-ups for the comprehensive tests. Steps to ensure new compatible policies are
also included. The company final formalize the guidelines to deal with a complaint or any unfair
treatment, with this, a balance is achieved in the way the employees are treated (Vidgen, Avison
& Wood, 2002). The employees receive training on how the policies operate so that they can get
used to and feel comfortable when using them. The training is done through promotion of the

programs by ensuring that the employees know that the programs will not hurt their career. The
programs are then controlled so as to benefit the company financially and also in the production
sector. The employee work team is helpful in this as they are always the people who are on the
ground during the production. Companies also evaluate the process regularly so as to make any
necessary corrections so as to keep in line with the flawed work program. This is never achieved
when companies launch very helpful work programs but later lose their affectivity with time due
to neglect. For this, the owners and even managers should ensure that there is a continuous
improvement in the flexibility programs. The evaluation process provides some necessary
information that helps in adjusting some workplace flexibility and these benefits both the
employees and the company at large (Eshghi, Krishnan & Sheth, 2001).
Sensing Market
Through the flexibility process, customers’ needs and a market are sensed. With this the
customers need, and wants are always looked at, so as the product can comfortably fit in the
market. For a company to be ranked as the best in meeting the market demand the products
produced must go in line with the modern technology. For a company to make sure that it fits
with the recent markets they have to keep on rechecking their products so as to ensure they are in
line with what is supposed to be produced in error. This can be achieved through analyzing other
company’s products so that different groups can range where their product is placed on the
market. Consulting with the employees on how they view the product and what can be done so as
the product satisfies the require purposes it is purchased for is also another means of knowing
know to upgrade at the market level. They use employee is helpful as they are genuine and are

experienced in the product as they are part of the products consumers (Nambisan, 2009).
Testing Technical Solution
At this time of the globe market competition, companies have to technically explain how
to use their product as it helps in an increased product demand due to the urge of using the
product. It happens to be a grave matter as anything is expected like massive losses if the testing
goes wrong and the product does not attract customers. Technical test introduction poses other
new challenges to the management as it increases competent project administration. Those who
manage this solution have to act as both developers and all implementers; the organizations
develop the technological product and hand it over for testing to the users who at most times are
less technically skilled although they are aware of how the product works. The marketing
research worry on where to place the product in the competitive industry and also the channels of
distribution as this varies from company to company produce. There is the marketing perspective
whereby the users involved design and satisfaction are known, but the problem comes in when in
the timing of product (Nelson, Karol & Nicholson, 2013).
The marketing perspective should also be looked at as it prepares organizations in
receiving new technologies. If it is ignored implementation may fail due to underestimation of
such preparations. A framework information is implemented which acts as a guide on where to
collect the needed information on the groups that are affected by the new products. Multiple
internal markets should also be used as they will help determine the success level of a product.
As much as there is the identification of individuals and groups that can accept the product, there
is also the need to know whom to approach and when and with what arguments.
Integrating Customer Needs with Technical Solution
Running Head: DEVELOPING PRODUCT ON INTERNET TIME 6
It is always good to know the wants of a client from a product that you opt to produce. For this
an integrated mechanism is needed to implemented as the solution, a company must have a
dedicated team which can genuinely conduct a required research, they must adopt the modern
technology as everyone is growing with it as it grows. With this customers opt to go for products
that are new-fashioned (Ra
̊
man, 2006).
Putting Flexibility into Test
Coming up with a flexible product during the development process allows companies to
be in a position to change and respond to any market and technological changes as the product
continue to develop. For this, a gap for more expansion in a product should always be there. (Xie
& Yu, 2011).
