CONCLUSION
All the teams were very excited to have our team on board. The Marketing team as a whole is
excited to learn more about UX and work with us. They are looking forward to not having
information lost when outsourcing work and having tailored recommendations that you can
only get from time, collaboration, communication and understanding.
Digital Marketing Team: This team has already received assistance from our team on
thinking about wording and how it affects the user experience. They are interested in
collaborating with us to create a digital solution for the High network millennial
concept project. The UX team has been requested to help with storing boarding, wire
framing, and user testing to bring this concept to life.
Web Team: This team has UX work outscored UX design work the past but they had a
frustrating experience because some of the recommended design solutions were not
feasible to implement. The aim for this team is to optimize content and improve the
web template quality. The Web team is also interested in getting the XD team involved
in the real estate/ Hospitality merge project. For this project the XD team will work to
create wireframes based on content test and track design feedback.
Social Team: This is a team has never received support. It is her goal to learn how our
team can take some work off or her plate. The audit process is an area of opportunity
for the social team and UX team to work tougher. Our team will provide innovative
design thinking techniques to simplify this process for everyone involved. We will do
storyboarding, heuristic evaluations, process flows, and design thinking workshops to
develop new solutions tailored to solve pain points.
Marketing Automation team: This team excited to see how UX can improve team
collaboration. Their goal is to enhance the Sales funnel and increase system integration
and automation. The XD team plans to run an observational user study so that we can
observe each step of their process. Concerned with identifying quality over quantity
when it comes to leads and UX can help with layout and drawing the intended audience
to the forms on the site.
