Women Managers’ Success 3
Confidence is an essential virtue that enables individuals to perform tasks by overcoming
their fears. While the ratio of men to women is higher in the workplace, a majority of women
have experienced particular challenges that have discouraged their attempts to succeed in the
corporate world. In this regard, it is essential to note that boosting confidence levels enhances the
abilities of individuals to approach specific tasks in the work area and perform them to

a hardworking employee. From this observation, it is evident that successful women work harder

realize their career objectives.
