Freedom of worship

FREEDOM OF WORSHIP
Introduction
Every human being has the freedom of worship irrespective of the religious background. The
choice on where to belong in regards to worship is a personal decision that should not be
interfered with. However, everyone is free to give sentiments concerning their take on what a
group practices as religion but this does not mean that the personal rights of these people should
be disregarded.
The statement made by President Trump during his campaigns (2015) is an intrusion into the
freedoms of Muslims living in America. The interpretation of the first amendment showcases
that the American government has the interest of all people living in America at heart. Therefore,
we take this as a sentiment that President Trump used during his campaigns to convince his
supporters who are not comfortable with the presence of Muslims in the country. If this
statement is to be made a policy then it would mean that the freedom of worship for the Muslims
will be paralyzed and this will lead to deterioration in their religious growth. The economic
aspect is also very vital in this matter because the approval of this policy will not only affect the
Muslims but also Americans. Muslims are known for respect to their religion thus shutting up the
mosques will mean the shutting up of businesses and investors who have put a lot in America.
Apart from subverting the constitution Trump will be seen as a president who is partial to the
citizens and this shall bring an international dent to the image of America. America is a Nation
that advocates for the protection of human rights thus any violation of such rights should not be
witnessed on the American soil.

FREEDOM OF WORSHIP
It is natural for a human being to belong to a particular side of believers just as it is in the
political field where we have the Democrats and Republicans. The existence of various religions
in the world today creates room for everyone to have a chance to owe his or her reverence to a
particular Supreme Being. Just as we judge from history, the world did not form itself there was
a supreme being that did all this work. America is a nation that is well known for its reverence to
God and his omnipotence thus we affirm the religious foundation of America is on the Christian
faith. We have several buildings that are seen to be beautiful in our site but the fact is that we
cannot see the beauty of these structures unless their foundations are firm enough to hold them
for as long as we want to see them. The message that we are conveying is that the beauty of
America does not depend on what policies it implements now or in the future, its pride is hidden
on its foundation which is the Christian faith. Therefore it is not wise to risk a reputation that has
taken years to build just because of mosques. The completeness of a society is determined by its
diversity thus the American government should realize that respect for humanity is paramount
and that people need each other for compliment. This implies that whatever goes on top of a
building can never tamper with its foundation as long as it put on control. The Muslim
congregation should be given a chance to practice their religion within the constraints of the laws
just as the Christian churches. Every group is accountable for its practices so any time the
government sees a fishy step by the Muslims they should not hesitate to investigate and bring the
guilty people into book but for the meantime let the government allow the first amendment (USA
Constitution, 1787) of the American constitution to be implemented.

FREEDOM OF WORSHIP
The Islamic religion preaches unity and it forbids the disciples from taking money or property
that does not rightfully belong to them. All of us can attest to this truth, Muslims are honest in
their deals which mean whatever business they engage in it shall be for the benefit of the
investors and the nation as well. When the Islamic religion is put under siege in a nation they
tend to also pull out from the businesses and investments that they have made in the same
country. This might be a wrong turn for America if they decide to implement such a policy
because the economy shall experience a decrease in the profit it’s making today. Furthermore, it
is important to note that maintaining good relations internationally helps a lot because countries
in every continent are always receptive to governments that consider the interests of the citizens.
The closure of mosques might also turn into segregation of Muslims. We have people who take
caution lest they are caught off guard when it comes to terror attacks. This step is right but we
should also keep in mind that we should not demonize the people who live amongst us.
Conclusion
The government should keep on operating in the same level of intelligence and this shall ensure
that any plan that is meant to subvert the security of the nation is fished out and destroyed before
time elapses. This is how America shall continue in building up its superiority on the
international platform thus respect for the first amendment is inevitable ( USA Constitution,
1787).
