Group Situations Influence Conformity
The environment plays a critical role in the performance of a learner. In most instances,
the learner’s ability to acquire new information is impacted on by the environment they live in.
Sometimes learners might not be totally unable to learn but their ability is often impacted by the
circumstances that befall them within and without the school environment. The analysis will
focus on the things that affect the performance of learners in a school environment. In essence,
the study focuses on the libraries, laboratories, classrooms and the teachers in the school.
Moreover, the environment may also be composed of your peers, the weather and the school
management. It is important to note, the recent poor performance in king Abdullah Academy in
the United States necessitated the need for this study. In order to get a clear analogy of the study
there was need to carry out a research on the factors that can be attributed to performance
change.
During the study, there was a desire to develop a range of variables that are credited for
the decline in performance. In fact, there was a further desire to determine which factor is more
responsible for the performance decline. In most cases, individual often associate the
environment to being a learners surrounding. However, studies have showed that things prior
thought to be harmless to the learner and his/her performances are proving otherwise. For
instance, according to a majority of the teachers adverse weather conditions whether extreme
cold or hot conditions have proven to carry a certain impact on the performance of learners in a
classroom. In this study, teachers were handed questionnaires and data collected on their
understanding of environmental factors that affect a learner’s ability to acquire information. In
fact, the data was collected and presented using the Rasch method. Critical to note, the numbers
presented reflected the true perception of teachers in King Abdulla School in the United States.
