According to the United States Bureau of statistics, heart disease has been one of the
major causes of the head upon many nations in the world. It is therefore the third prominent
foundation of death. Heart disease has extremely become a huge burden and many nations have
projected to seek for support on medication and service handling because their economic
setting cannot allow for drug budgeting and another mechanism which seeks to control the
spread of the disease. A rough estimation of financial statistics cost is $300 Billion in health
care expenditure and related expenses. Whatever remains a constant is that all the disease are
preventable. The leading modifiable factor includes cigarette smoking, diabetes, obesity and
an unhealthy diet. With time these risk factors accumulate to cause permanent changes to
vascular and increases the chances of heart attack, stroke and heart failure (Hamilton, 2006).
The current data epidemiology was done in 2017 worldwide. According to the data, the
numbers of coronary artery disease are constantly declining as compared to the data of the
previous years. The efforts of the health agents should therefore be appreciated. The efforts to
reduce the number of deaths as a result of stroke has not firmly been achieved although there
are a pending establishment which seeks to deliver health kits mechanism to control and
manage the spread of the disease. The initial base number of deaths caused by stoke stands at
43% as of 2007. The latest information record of 2017 stands at 37% of the total deaths
(Chambers, 2005).
According to the study, health issues arise as a result of ignorance from the health
department about the existence of the disease or either lack of concern to patients who suffer
from the disease. A close monitoring to health care providers indicated that, health providers
do not have sufficient health insurance to allow the encourage and educate the public about the
effects of the disease and its prevention measures. The government should therefore penalise
those who have health insurance and have failed to respect their duties.

Program plan and strategies for implementation
More efficient public programs should be tabled as the primary objectives for
disseminating primary care to patients. Better training methods and facilities should also be
legislated to inform the public about the existence of the disease. Neurologists and cardiology
experts should be employed in an area where the prevalence of the disease is more frequent.
Conclusion
The reason why there are dynamics for the spread of heart attack and stroke is that there
is no a national system which is employed to collect data on how the diseases cause death and
how they can be prevented. Similarly, there are insufficient quality indicators across the
continuum of care. New mechanism should therefore be employed in different regions
nationwide to improve healthcare and to reduce chances of individuals’ attack and death.
