huge difference. I would select the house located in South Pasadena since it is by far cheaper and
sits on a bigger piece of land. Many mortgage financing institutions require a deposit of 20%,
which will amount to $420,000. After the down payment, the remaining balance will be
$1,680,000. The most common mortgage repayment period is either 20 years or 30 years.
Considering an interest rate of $5%, and a closing cost of $3,500, the monthly repayment is
expected to be $9028.37, and the total payments will be $3,250,213.20.
