Immigration and Crime in Texas
Texas has had a fair share of hot-topic issues. Immigration is one of the key hot-topic
issues in Texas. The State borders Mexico to the south. There is a relationship between
crime and immigration (White 4). The fact that most of the immigrants do not have a means
of earning a livelihood suggests that they almost always resort to crime. The challenge is
that the police can only confront crime committed rather than the issue of nationality.
