Rescue techniques without equipment.
The idea here is to equip knowledge to some specialists on ways of conducting victim
recovery. Some of the emergencies happen in a situation where the specialists have no First Aid
tools and call for action of saving life. The main concern is: what possible action can put the
victim in a better condition before linking him up with medical specialists? Under what
circumstance is the specialist needed to take immediate medical approach. This module also
describes condition evaluation and immediate ideal act. However the specialist is mandated to
take go through basic trainings and research on how to handle an emergency effectively.
Exposure on assessment.
To establish a good welfare of the participants, there is need of having a special team that
is responsible for assessing some logistics for First Aid specialists. This enables them feel
recognized and have that moral to extend better services being one of ways of marketing the
agency. The concern is what are the main challenges and their preferred solutions? It gives
members of this module to evaluate which is the most pressing need which needs agent response.
The issue of personal performance is also addressed coming up with strategies for motivating
personal performance.
Safety/ risk management
It is only in those organizations that consider the safety of staff that end up realizing their
targeted objection. Information about handling risks is revealed to this module. The idea being
how effectively can the agency cover its clients to ensure every person feels secure when
executing duties? Generating further risk focused culture. Additional information can be
