challenge to the management of every organization is stress management. Understanding the
different types of behavior is imperative to stress management. Ambiguity of roles and
interpersonal demands are key among the causes of workplace stress that managers must address.
Managers should ensure minimum role conflicts and employment continuity. In cases when
stress threatens to compromise organizational success, it is imperative to managers to identify the
causes, mediate to find a solution and set long-term measures to promote it is management. It is
encouraged to ensure a work-life balance through, making work fun, ensuring stress intervention,
and promoting wellness programs.
Leading can be a challenge, especially when it demands the management of a large
population of employees. Knowledge acquired from the course was imperative to inform diverse
ways to influence individuals to achieve diverse goals. Contemporary leadership approaches
demonstrate a tactic to effective strategies of leadership based on different circumstances.
Managers should understand the unique situations to apply the different leadership approaches:
level 5 leadership, servant leadership, authentic leadership, and interactive leadership.
