Manager: I have a very diverse team with very many people from different genders, different
ethnicities, different religions, and many other differences. Therefore, organizing
them is really challenging, but I always try to organize them according to their
qualifications, experience, and their interests, and this organization has proved to
be effective as the teams I organize deliver good results.
Me: Okay, thanks for that. I would like to know more about your influence as the manager. Do
you usually support your teams and how do you support them?
Manager: Alright, one of the major roles of the managers is to support their teams or workers for
them to deliver the best. The same case applies to me here where I support my
teams in different ways to make sure they are always happy and ready to work to
deliver the best. One of the major support I give to my teams is making sure they
always get their salaries (wages) in time without any delay. I always pay them
good salaries and on top of the good salaries, I always make sure I give them
numerous bonuses to motivate them. I always make sure I offer the best working
conditions where the team members get some extra free days on request whenever
they have some personal issues to address. There are many other ways I use to
support my teams to make sure they are happy at work, and working happily, they
really deliver their best which helps the restaurant to prosper.
