I and my other friends Alex, Caleb, John, and Tom helped Paul move into his new residence in
the city. We met at 2.00pm as earlier agreed and had lunch together before we proceeded to the
house and started packing. Paul had many items to carry which compelled us to divide roles
amongst ourselves. Alex and Tom were in charge of furniture, Caleb packed utensils, and John
ensured that all clothes were folded, while I was in charge of coordinating transport. Each of us
was excited about the experience, and we kept making jokes and laughing all the time. After we
were done with the packing and organizing all the items, we carried them in pairs onto the
vehicle. We first arranged the furniture, followed by utensils and finalized with clothes. The
journey to the new city was marvelous. We offloaded the items upon arrival and arranged them
in Paul's new residence. We were done in one hour and decided to make dinner. Caleb prepared
meat, and I cooked rice. Paul made some Spanish omelet, while Alex mixed some juice. The
dinner was amazing. After we were done, we took some photos together in Paul's new residence
and bid him farewell. I learned how easier it can be when you work as a team.

Reflection
The whole exercise made me appreciate the importance of teamwork and leadership when
working together. We succeeded in helping Paul move into the new house within a short time.
Paul guided us through the entire process expertly. We also managed to prepare meals together
after the assignment and shared our impressions. Everyone was cooperative throughout the task
and contributed to making the work manageable and straightforward. Overall, this exercise
taught me that through teamwork, people can achieve much within a short time. Additionally,
having the right leader in place grants the team a sense of direction in terms of making first-
quality decisions, hence saving on time.
