JUDAISM ORIGIN AND CORE BELIEFS
Introduction
Judaism is a religion that is dated to originate four thousand years ago. The faith is rooted
in Canaan which, is currently the territories of Israel and Palestine. The doctrine had various
beliefs about the origin of their creator who they referred to as God and lived to obey him. They
carried multiple practices to appease him and follow all his rules and regulations according to the
instructions they got from God.

The Judaism originate from Canaan which is a biblical name of the area between the
Mediterranean and Jordan River. The area that the Judaism originates is currently known as
Palestine and Israel territories. The religion then dispersed to other places in the world. Some of
the people are referred to arise from the origin of Jewish people. Others dispute the Jewish and
are left out when the census report of the Jewish are made Mills and Mary (2015).
Core beliefs
The people of Judah belief in holly God. The Judaism religion believes that God would
make them sacred and offer them a holy land. The culture of the Judaism includes belief they
originate from Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Additionally, they believe in Prophet Moses who God
gave laws that the people would follow and live according to his will and call. The Judaism
tradition is firm on developing the religious practices, social and ethical rules that are stated in
the book of Torah. The Judaism use the sacred texts and interpret them differently as compared
to the other Jewish. The Judaism tend to practice more on serving and respecting their God after
believing Chambers et al. (2015).
Conclusion.
Judaism is a traditional religion that originates from Canaan and belief in God. The
religion put their practices irrespective of other, other religion such as Jewish who only uphold
their views alone. The religion set an example to other to follow and believe in their supreme
creator and depend on him.
