In state governments, there are organs that are created for the purpose of creating,
implementing and enforcing the law. Most of the organizations responsible for justice
administration work under the guidance of the constitution. According to Walker & Walker
(2015), in the 21

century, there are numerous justice administration organizations that ensure
there is proper management of resources, personnel and enforcement of the law at different
levels. All over the world, there are many organizations that are tasked with the administration of
justice locally and internationally. Most of the nations are governed by the international laws that
are provided or every nation (Walker & Walker, 2015). The laws provided in the international
laws are required to be followed by every state. Going against the requirements of the
international laws can lead to prosecution and heavy fines in the long run. This paper will
include a discussion of the current justice administration organizations globally.
The international criminal court is one of the international justice administration
organizations in operation in the 21
st
century. According to Walker & Walker (2015), the court
mainly conducts proceedings that are related to state leaders. This could be presidents, vice
presidents among other state officials. The court adheres to the international laws that govern
states on various issues concerning its citizens and relations to other nations. The international
criminal court has conducted successful prosecutions against leaders who have failed to deliver
proper service to their citizens. For instance, leaders that are indicated as abusing their powers to
oppress the people in their nations are taken to the criminal court to be prosecuted for their
atrocities. It is therefore tasked with protecting human rights across the world.
In many law enforcement organizations, various departments include but not limited to
military service, prison police, and the parole officers among others. All the above have a
responsibility of ensuring citizens adhere to the laws as stipulated in the constitution of the
