In this paper, Wu, Kwan, Yim, Chiu, and He reports on the correlation that exists
between corporate social responsibility and ethical leadership of the CEO. These authors
argue and mention that managers and organizational leaders have a role to play in
meditation of ethical culture of the organization and that of the people neighboring the
organization. The authors also note that firm size and the status of the community are the
factors to consider when trying initiating a good relationship between the organization
and the surrounding society.
The research method employed in this study is constructed on 242 sections of Chinese
local firms that made it easy to unleash information that organizational leadership
influences the corporate social responsibility through organizational culture. The research
was comprehensive and drew theoretical issues for organizational culture.
This research will help in answering the research question because it gives a clear and
direct relationship of changing dynamics and leaders by providing the required aspects
towards maintaining organizational culture. This will help in developing effective
corporate social responsibility information.
