Madsen, J., & Mabokela, R. (2014). Leadership challenges in addressing changing demographics
in schools. NASSP Bulletin, 98(1), 75-96.
In this article, Madsen and Mabokela argue that most of the school heads such as
principals play a major role in changing the normal dynamics occurring in their
institutions. They identify that leadership skills are effective in performing a
revolutionary mission to the teachers and reinforce the measures that will assist in
changing the dynamics. They moreover argue that reshaping the instructional processes
of teachers towards improving the expectations of parents and students is a hard task that

response towards racial differences in a school setting.
The study focused on the perception of the principles towards the response of school

comprehensively attends to the changes in dynamics to improve the learning.
