First Set of Interrogatories
To Second Defendant – TriD Inc.
Pursuant to Rule 33 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Plaintiff requests the
second Defendant, TriD Inc. to answer the following interrogatories under oath and make the
prerequisite material available for showcasing in the court. The below-mentioned instruction
ought to be followed to the latter.
Instructions
1. An answered copy of these interrogatories to be delivered within 30 working days of their
receipt.
2. These interrogatories shall be answered fully to the best of your knowledge including all
information known to your employees, agents or representatives.
3. Each interrogatory is deemed continuing thus requires additional or correctional
information not herein disclosed.
4. In case of any objection to an interrogatory, state the purpose of such complaint and
proceed to answer only those parts that are unobjectionable with precise answers.
5. Where answering any interrogatory amounts to disclosing privileged information, state
the nature of the privilege and the extent to which such information is to be divulged,
subject to the opportunity.
6. Where a document fully answers an interrogatory, its certified copy may be submitted
instead.
