Clark State Community University has been my favorite place to attend since I was a

young kid. I was pleased in choosing the college in furthering my education to become

successful. Having joined the campus was my most significant achievements, especially in being

part of the English II classes. The faculty and staff have been of great importance in me towards

the performance of the best skills in the departments. Having a variety of faculties, joining the

English department was the most favorite thing for me with the set goals to archive the best

understanding of the American English, narrative writing, and the Declaration of Independence. I

feel more equipped with the best skills and having reached my ultimate goal in my life. I am

prepared to with the best tools that are necessary to enable me to join the University with the best

tutoring as well as the college courses that have assisted me in achieving my career goals. With

the college value for the best academic practices as well as the presence of the resources that

ensure that learning of the community empowering, transforming, and challenging of the

students. I feel more prepared to achieve the best in my career. These factors, among others,

experiences in the course and the college at large have pushed the boundaries of creativity in me.

In the course writings about the Declaration the English II instructor, this term assigned

to read were on our declaration where we analyzed on the concept presented by our founding

fathers that were structured to revolve around the idea of balanced equality and freedom. Also,

we were supposed to do an assignment on the independence declaration history, which we were

supposed to outline on the birth of the nation and the impact it had on the world at large. The

study analysis was enrolled to have a later effect on world history as well as the democracy

growth of the nation. The further assignment was issued in the aspect of creating the Declaration

and The Declaration of Independence outlining on the various delegates case of the decision on

the fate of liberty and what triggered the declaration. This topic, among others, that we were

assigned made me more enthusiastic and eager to know much more about American history.

With my passionate mind, the assignment became more interesting. Unlike the posting on our

declaration that was a bit confusing at the start, the rest of the topics were interesting to handle

and work on.

As a sociology educator, Allen (2014) adds a voice to the blend. She has composed a

outlines on the aspect of prudence as the government dictates that establishes the change for the

Allen outlines on the 1956 archivist who had a creation of the catalog entry which was

United States of America.” (Allen) I feel, according to Allen; it is new research find that needs to

Allen’s bibliography outlines on her exceptional achievements in supporting the

democratic theory, political history, and political sociology thoughts (Danielle). Her work in

citizenship and Justice in both of the ancient Athens and modern America creates the best

character of admiration in her. Unlike what most of the student referred to here, she is a role

model that needs to be emulated by many students, especially those pursuing the history of

America. Further studies outline her as Democratic Knowledge Project investigator who strives

The exciting feeling about Abraham Lincoln’s “Gettysburg Address” is the ways he

portrays on the union to fight and have a winning side on the civil with only 272 words (Murray

238). The worst feeling was on the way the civil war led to. It is having been fought for four

were leading dead (Page 20). The most exciting thing is how the speech reflected on the civil war

Lincoln’s speech and Safire’s essay fit or not with studying the Declaration of

Independence in class in that they both addressed the ultimate goals of independence (Morgan

12). It observes out that everyone used to know that freedom brings about the aspect of

sovereignty, a new nation, and needs to have people who are dedicated to seeing the government

continues to grow.

From when you first began studying the Declaration of Independence this term until now,

there has been active development in my literacy arc. There has been an improvement in my

reading level as well as vocabulary. The element of critical thinking has significantly changed,

especially on the understanding of resolving some of the effects that take part in the government

currently. I can quickly realize the reason why the political classes are competent in these words.

However, the topic is important to an English II student, a college student, or a US citizen.
