My Leadership
I am a transformational leader who is always concerned with changes and transforming
people. For example, all my actions as a leader are concerned with values, standards, ethics,
emotions and long-term goals. At some point, I evaluate intentions of my followers, gratify their
needs and treat every one of them as equal human beings. Every day, I work hard to ensure that
the style of leadership involves a unique form of influence that moves my followers to attain
more than what is usually expected of them.
People around me broaden and elevate their goals in life because I try as much as
possible to provide them will values, confidence and enhanced skills to go beyond minimally
acceptable expectations of performance. Also, people around me are motivated and committed to
achieving individual independence and use critical thinking because I build them through
individualized consideration.
I have several accomplishments as a transformational leader. For instance, I’m part of the
National Honor Society because of my charismatic leadership qualities, service, character and
academic achievements. As well, I have been involved in several volunteer activities such as
working with the ALS Foundation to promote mass awareness on amyotrophic lateral sclerosis
and raise money for patient services and research. My other accomplishments include being a
