Darwinism and the Modern Man

The general assumption accorded to the phenomena that exist in the world are sometimes

captured by scientists in a bid to relate us to our origins. Primarily, the idea revolves around the

changes in man in his development and evolution. The untenable orientation of thought can be

associated with the importance of recognizing the advent that has occurred in the life of human

beings, specific changes that have occurred and the hopes and aspirations attached. As man

evolved, he recognized the culture and grew to become wiser in his choice, and these changes have

aided his adaptability. However, how does the idea of changes relate to the adoption that saw men

torture their fellow men and use them as animals and not as human beings? What changes in his

selective nature of growth, drew the boundary and assumed that a man could be subjected to the

same cruelties adopted by communities towards their animals?

Records can explain the history of human beings. These records recognize that there the

community’s way of life. They adoption highlights among the changes aimed at making their life’s

more efficient, and which ultimately led to the growth of the communities to become eventual

communities with different cultures. There were ways of life which could only be attributed to the

enlightened of age and the possible opening of a human being thinking perspectives. Such would

lead man to be efficient ways through which he could handle his issues and after that come up with

a better idea of life. Man must have been an adventurer first, and he could have sought means by

which he could learn from the environment and enjoy himself more.

Theory of Natural Selection

The earth only ensures that the best in its sphere is left to thrive, and this fosters a way in

which there remain to be dominant features standing out and the weak ones were away with time.

As Darwin puts it,” the weak in body and mind are soon eliminated (Darwin, 1871).” This idea, in

essence, highlights the perspective that in the world we live, only the substantial and significant

elements can withstand the heated situations that abound with them. For this reason, the idea of

selection emphasizes the fact that good genes will always stand out against the weaker ones.

The resultant outcome is that the subject under question will be changing gradually, and

this will be in essence to the favor of the active and persevering elements. The contextual approach

adopted by this phenomenon tied to the fact that the environment favors specific factors which can

operate at optimum levels in the select situations. Remember that the ability to change and adapt

to particular circumstances is crucial for every being. The response accorded is in no way different,

for even the simple actions and the environmental actions trigger us, and as well as our bodies,

which reacts naturally, spurring sweat to cool the body and goosebumps to contain the warmth

within.

come and stay in droves, pushed by a feeling they could not explain, but having a standing growth

which indicated that they were all together in line with themselves in issues about their everyday

needs. It was like the feeling adopted by a body, but the unitedness is there together it, and there

Primitive Living

By living in a natural lifestyle, the communities were able to assume and accept the trends

among themselves with little questioning and with limited significance in their needs. “The

1910).” The idea of primitive living provides for a community in its stages of life where, though,

the cities are not intelligent enough to decide on a large scale what they end up doing is to split the

roles that abounded to them in different situational exhibitions. This splitting was not necessarily

selective, but it gave the communities an edge a smooth way of existence and staying together as

a family and a community. The eventual outcome is a community in its way of life, with a very

organized way of life and living harmoniously with a trade of duties.

Domestication of Animals and Agriculture

Man is still evolving; he has, however, shown another means of pursuing his needs. In

essence, the first actions tottered around the ability to leap themselves satiated in their own needs,

and this was limited to gathering herbs and hunting. “While gathering of plants works without

agriculture, the opposite condition is unknown (Boaz, 1910).” The logical fallacy adopted here

relate to the given expectation that there was a periodical development of in the adoption of

agriculture.as the scientist puts it, there was no way we could have agriculture without the

subsequent collection of the leaves purposely for use. However, it is acceptable that there could

have been a collection of green leaves without agricultural practices. It is because there was

vegetation growing even before they thought of planting them. They first learned how to use the

green and then later on, with subsequent knowledge of the specific herbs which were favorable for

human consumption.

The same attributes can be related to the taming of wild animals. The first occurrences

revolved around hunting, which was a preoccupation of the communities. They, later on, chose to

keep the animals, by segregating them and making them feel superior as compared to other

animals. These breeds taken to the homes were eventually ultimately adapted to living with human

beings and accepted to live with man harmoniously. The man could, therefore, whenever he chose,

find it convenient to want which animal to eat and that made his life more comfortable. However,

it did not extinguish his desire for adventure and has adopted it tile today.

uncalled for and risks so deeply tenable that it beats logic on how the perpetrators of the slave trade

could not find it possible to retract back, accept that these were fellow humans and that they spared

the chance of been made animals by letting them live in peace in their communities. The story

highlights treacherous routes across the oceans towards the same destinations from which their

legacies would eventually be engraved in stone, in print and therefore accepted across the world.

In relation with the Darwinian theory of natural selection, the man was in a way getting a

fair share and a big one by choosing those who were weak, subdue them, take what they had and

use it for their good. For this reason, the ideas of competition for resources are exemplified, and

even though the weak were not aware of it, their extermination was apparent. It was not just a

guess or a strange move, but it was the taking and commanding of protocols that were not only not

intended but which revolved around keeping the nations in check. The results of these protocols

have shown the outcome of Darwinian theory bin that it was uncalled for to kill and take control

of a weaker race, but didn’t the theory of Darwin mention that the protocols adopted were

acceptable eventually.

They end up with the idea of taking measures to ensure that the other group of people are not only

subdued but also put them in compromising situations to take advantage of their vulnerability.

This article has expounded on quite a good number of books. The first book was by Charles

Darwin which advocates for the law of natural selection. This law encourages the strong to wear

down the weak in measures intended to appease them and take control. The book was written ages

go before the world engaged in world wars. The ideas of naturals selection are the rules by which

the first generations took advantage of when they decided to subdue their counterparts across the

world and make their grounds as well as use them as animals.

The other book was The Mind of a Primitive Man the book touches on ideas that revolve

around how the changes in adoption of new ways of handling things, including the social ethics of

how people relate to one another explored in depth. The other element the book touches on is the

mind of a primitive man in his growth. The specific attributes accorded are relevant to the study

of a community like Africa to take them under control.

For this reason, the book presents step by step on how the modern man grew along those

ranks to become the knowledgeable person and powerful is the person he is too. The other element

under study in this article are the episodes of slavery. It is augmented by explaining the different

approaches observed during the adoption of slavery. The reports, therefore, provide enough insight

into the lifestyle and the measures put in place by the modern man to trace control of others.
