Green Level Strategies: The objective of the email is to coax Mr. Greg Hokum the C.E.O of Big
City Chocolate Company to allow Jasmine to implement new rules in the Company with the aim
of reducing negative customer feedback. Jasmine proposes to introduce training of the Company
employees so that they can learn about how to be polite. One of the strengths of this strategy is
that during the learning process the workers will get to learn other crucial aspects that will help
to improve the client’s experience. I would recommend that the C.E.O implements the proposed
strategy to reduce lousy feedback from clients and also improve customer satisfaction.
Self- Reflection
In my assignments, I have been using the red, orange, yellow and green level strategies.
However, I feel that I can use the yellow and green approach more effectively. I establish a clear
objective, identify and emphasize strengths of a given proposition. I am also able to motivate for
action. I believe the red, orange, yellow and green level strategies are all essential for my career.
However, I have some weakness in using the orange level strategies. Therefore, I will ensure that
I work on my shortcomings. Employing the use of research materials such as books and the
internet will help me to implement the use of the orange level strategies. I will, therefore, ensure
to engage in more research with the aim of working on my weakness.
