The world has proven to be in constant revolution mode whereby everything is rapidly
becoming complex, competitive, and digitized. As a result, we all need to have quick, sharp and
intelligent minds to catch up with the new system. To achieve this, we need to educate our children,
teach them how to be open-minded, quick to understand, develop critical thinking skills, curiosity
and analytical skills to enable them balance with the ever-changing world. The education systems
are therefore needed to change the phase of the curriculum programs. They are expected to prepare
the best learning programs that will prepare our school children to meet and cope up with the new
changing world. Therefore, this paper exhaustively elaborates on issues that need to be
incorporated into the education systems so that schools can prepare individuals who can fit into

century.
Schools should prepare children to develop critical thinking skills. Children are not only
supposed to think and solve problems in normal ways, but also, they need to look into such
problems in a more diverse way or in all different angles and formulate the possible solution to the
problem (Abeles et al., 2010, p. 46). This way, children develop great learning abilities to fit into
any competitive world. Therefore, it is imperative to incorporate such fundamental skills in
education to bring up straight and viable individuals in the society.
As educators, parents and advocates of the societies, we need to push forth the agendas
necessary in developing and producing school children that possess the quality leadership skills in
their learning process. The current world is diverse and complex, and it needs people who exhibit
quality leadership skills to fit into the competitive positions that call for outstanding qualifications
