PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT 3
There are a number of accomplishments that are attributable to the demonstration of
the potential for skills in leadership as well as my ability to take part in educational reforms.
Some of these accomplishments include a Bachelor Degree in Management Sciences,
Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Religious Studies, the successful conduction of an
independent research on Eastern Christianity as well as teaching English language for Amal
Educational Network and high school students. Moreover, I have managed to be issued with a
permanent teaching licensure and a tenure from the Israeli Ministry of Education following
my long-term consistent delivery of service as a teacher working in the Israeli ministry of
education and particularly elementary and junior high schools. I have also been able to
acquire leadership attributes and skills in the course of the leadership role played at various
points especially during the undertaking of duties and responsibilities as a teacher.
Other than teaching, I have also engaged various members of the community
especially my students and their parents in various social activities that have a direct impact
on streamlining the educational system and enhancing the performance of students in co-
curricular activities among others. To that extent, there is no doubt that I possess the
necessary knowledge and skills as well as a wealth of diverse experience from various
institutions and learning environment which, are vital in the development of appropriate
reforms in the educational sector. The process of developing education reform requires the
participation of academicians and professionals in the education sector with a broad
understanding the challenges and obstacles that stand in the way of delivering quality
education through an efficient educational system. This is because the issues raised by key
stakeholders are the ones expected to form the basis of policy formulation with the aim of
bringing about the necessary reforms to this sector.
My ability to succeed in a rigorous program of doctoral studies can be clearly
demonstrated through various achievements and experiences. Such experiences and
