A project leader is the embodiment of the vision of a project. Expressly, he or she should
understand a project’s scope, schedule, and objectives with absolute clarity. Project
management is leader-intensive because it entails the coordination of the efforts of other
team members by the leader, resource, and schedule management to realize achieve the
objectives of a specific project.

A Manager is tasked with spearheading the pursuit of organizational objectives. To
