The mini project in question is called Game Project Plan and is planned to take one

month commencing on 4

March 2017. The project will take 19 day, and will entail the steps

involved in a simple mobile phone game design and coding through the game testing to its

release. The project has seven main tasks and two milestones. The seven tasks are categorized

into three: Game Analysis and Design, Art and Animation, and Testing and Release.

Game Analysis and Design is made up of two tasks: game design and game coding that

takes 2 and 3 days respectively. Art and Animation has three tasks: Concept Sketching, Polygon

Fleecing and Art and Animation Combination which take 3, 4 and 3 days respectively. Finally,

Game Testing and Game Release has two tasks Game Testing and Game release that takes 4

days and 2 days respectively though Game Testing will continue way past the time assigned for

Game Release.

The two milestones come between task Game Coding and Concept Sketching, and

between task Animation Combination and Game Release.
