organizational levels in producing improved healthcare services to clients. The method
encompasses quality assurance which entails the delivery of services that satisfy the appropriate
standard. Moreover, the consistent quality advancement aims at improving patients’ healthcare
services through identifying challenges, executing, monitoring corrective action plans, and
evaluating the effectiveness of the plans. Quality advancement interventions continue to
encourage major transformations in healthcare delivery systems globally. Mainly, the consistent
quality enhancement focus on improving the health of the public, consumers’ healthcare
experience, and minimizing the expenses of healthcare services. A nurse manager contributes a
fundamental role in combining expertise in healthcare quality and overall organizational

institution risk, quality, safety, and committee meetings supervision. Furthermore, they
