covers at a given time are easily completed when individuals choose to work on them because 
they feel like they have the power to do so. In doing so, the different individuals are able to lead 
others over topics that they are familiar with and are useful to the group. In addition to doing so, 
the knowledge that is shared can greatly impact the overall productivity of the group as well as 
have a positive impact on their personal gain (Cashman). The individuals will at the end have 
worked on their professionalism as well as their moral character which is a win-win situation for
