Also, this method allows you to be in a position to develop ways and strategies of growing your
skills in any given situation.
The second effective way to self-motivation is by finding why you do what you, behave
the way you do and above all, your purpose in life. According to Geller (2016),this can be done
by figuring out a critical and a adding up mission or purpose. After which you are supposed to
turn it into a one-liner. A good example is when in a horse riding competition, you happen to
fall, you do not just disappear and feel sorry for yourself, and instead, you get up and continue
with the race.
The other effective way to motivation is by changing you're why the decision, at a certain
stage in life, one may find that he or she has continually been doing things in the wrong way and
for the wrong purpose. When they realize that, they should change their why purpose, that when
they begin to create a sense of self-realization. To add to that, changing your how objective, is an
important way of making self-motivation effective. This means that people can often find their
tasks done which is enjoyable, but they can find more happiness in shifting from getting them
done to appropriately doing them.
