Introduction

The health policy plays an important role to the people as it defines the country’s vision on

deciding the population’s health status. The development of our health status in our society will

enable the good production of the economy and improvement in the quality of the environment.

Equal opportunities should be provided to all people despite the role you play in the society,

whether the rich or the poor, we need to be entitled to better health treatments in the hospitals.

Micro, Meso and Macro Analysis

The study of micro, meso, and macro helps with the studies of understanding the improvement of

the health status over the years, one can be able to note the difference from the micro level to

macro level. At the micro level, which is the lowest level of them all, the analysis from different

documents proves that there was a nuanced understanding about the works which that the

CLAHRC work in the North West London. The main program to be performed by the CLAHRC

was to increase the patient care, reduce difference e between patients and to improve equity of

hospitalization in the local areas. This was the programs to support the improvement in the

management of hospitals in the local areas. The main aim at the micro level was to understand

how the national policy programs would be translated to meso level and in turn, to the micro

level.

Meso frame lies in how the actors in this stage did translate their understanding of the CLAHRCs

negotiations in the micro and meso level until they decided to work on a common policy. At

Macro level the basis of the policy was to strengthen the [policies implemented from the meso to

micro level. The strategy was remarked by Hanney et al who recommended the

gaps, clinical and applied research which will be used to improve the healthcare system.

According to the second policy Driver the Cooksey, it suggests that the health research should

innovation should be used together as a provision to teach. The main findings in the macro and

meso are that the policy was about a specific program and then finding a new was to handle the

addressing the second transitional gap. The CLAHRCs had the potential to grow the policy field

and the academic (Zhang, 2014).

The achievements of the program to improve the health status from the macro level to the micro

level proves that they have to peruse the same goal. At the macro and meso level, the victims did

not believe in the program and the ideas about the articulation of the policy implemented. There

was a negotiation at the macro and meso level on how the policy level about the outcome of the

program. There was cooperation among the victims build understanding, with the potential to

archive purpose of equality on care and improving health care to patients. According to

Goffman’s analysis on how ideas are translated into a decision and how the decisions become a

program.

This policy helps improve the way the health institutions interact with the patients on the ground,

the understanding of useful approach for example why there is a need for counselling before

having a particular medical test. Each approach has the strengths and the limitations, in the

treatments the policies help to allow the patient to understand the different medication to certain

medication. We have different patients, they operate with different care to different age people

(Jiang, 2014).

Role of Government and Nongovernmental

The ambition of an improved institution in a modern health society policy is to make sure they

establish good health standards for individuals who are unable achieve. The making of policies

has to be made by both the government and the board of health because this policy has to

examine the public health interest, the interest has to be good and effective to help them in the

daily problems. lastly, the formulation of policy should be sure if the policy well targeted to the

right audience. A major component of total growth in the healthcare in the developing countries

is promoted by the organizations that are located outside the state. The relationships between the

state and other sectors that are situated outside a state and the government policies towards the

non-sectors have however been neglected. In order, this to work there should be an

understanding of the importance of the characteristics and roles of various non-governmental

institutions. The support of the government is to make sure they allow the medication to take

place all through in the country.

Canadian Child Poverty

Many children in the United States are affected by the conditions that disable them to reach their

medicated health and growth potential. As they grow they are faced with a lot problem as they

grow up the reason related with the current policies which have a complex interaction of multiple

social and environmental determinants that are not adequately addressed by the current

standards. Participating the principles and practice of child health equity will enable the children

to have their health demands in terms of human capital investments, social justice and healthy

equity ethics will ensure to report the root causes of health disparities. The improvements in the

principles that support that practice of equity-based clinical care will ensure that all the

organizations do focus to improve the healthcare and well-being of children. All paediatricians

can support this principle by making it their own practice of paediatrics and health care. Children

environment with better healthy children.

Child Economic and Social Mental Issues

The resources that are used in the to provide the support to the children with psychiatric

disorders have time and again continued to be scarce, they cannot be found be provided on time

and with more support as they used to. Economic research can expose the pattern of expenditure

and reveal where the resources are allocated between competing departments. The consequences

a psychiatrist child can have a very high when the resources are not provided. The people should

come together to support the growth of institutions that will care for the psychiatrist patients.

The government should offer more budget resources to the department to allow better services to

be offered. Few studies show that the total cost used in the disorderly children is approximately

21.3 billion in a year which is supposed to take care of almost 5million children with a deficit

hyperactivity. The more important thing is to get a broad estimate of the long-term health and

economic outcomes and the resource which improve the needed outcomes on treatment and the

better future.

Intersections to Debate

There are intersections in this debate, the government does not provide full support to the

disorderly children as they do not see the project as beneficial to the economy. Other

organizations do not support the project because they think that the resources should go to other

useful projects which are useful to the economy. The care of the children and the disorderly ones

should be a priority. Equity of sharing of resources between different organizational should be

done so as to provide better services for a better future (Dubrow, 1991).

Ideologies Among Mental Health

The treatment of the ideology of mental health care who provide support to the mental illness

support. The health status needs to be given first priority in the country, more support from the

environment and other organizations. The further studies of providers show that the

consequences of treatment ideologies, with a critical attention that happens on the health status

on treatment on ideologies, the organizational have sources that differ the use of the right

treatment. The outcomes of the different health care issues provide poor brings complication to

the growth of students. The government should provide better resources to support the healthcare

management to provide better services to the people and the victim.

Reducing Causes of Inequality

Health inequality does affect someone socially because it is generated by the social determinants

of health. The disadvantages do happen even before birth, an individual will live and grow with a

problem throughout his or her entire life. This proves that the policies that support the actions

health actions from happening need to be taken before birth. There are policies that have been

implemented to help people with health inequalities and this includes providing special education

to the victims and giving them employment, improving housing conditions and more so social

protection for families concerned. Elimination of health inequalities is a policy that can be

recognized and implemented if only the government brings different opportunities to the

unfavored population.
