Introduction 
The health policy plays an important role to the people as it defines the country’s vision on 
deciding the population’s health status. The development of our health status in our society will 
enable the good production of the economy and improvement in the quality of the environment. 
Equal opportunities should be provided to all people despite the role you play in the society, 
whether the rich or the poor, we need to be entitled to better health treatments in the hospitals. 
Micro, Meso and Macro Analysis 
The study of micro, meso, and macro helps with the studies of understanding the improvement of 
the health status over the years, one can be able to note the difference from the micro level to 
macro level. At the micro level, which is the lowest level of them all, the analysis from different 
documents proves that there was a nuanced understanding about the works which that the 
CLAHRC work in the North West London. The main program to be performed by the CLAHRC 
was to increase the patient care, reduce difference e between patients and to improve equity of 
hospitalization in the local areas. This was the programs to support the improvement in the 
management of hospitals in the local areas. The main aim at the micro level was to understand 
how the national policy programs would be translated to meso level and in turn, to the micro 
level. 
Meso frame lies in how the actors in this stage did translate their understanding of the CLAHRCs 
policy into a working structure for an implemented program. There was a misunderstanding 
between the CLAHRCs and the NIHR who funded the research schemes. This problem led to 
negotiations in the micro and meso level until they decided to work on a common policy. At 
Macro level the basis of the policy was to strengthen the [policies implemented from the meso to
