In my perception, Rick indicates that sports can bring bad or good news depending on
how sports people play those games. In the article, Rick discusses how American youths engage
in different games in their lifetime. These young people play various games that high school such
as baseball. In my opinion, Rick emphasizes on how coaches need to take responsibility of their
team during training parcituclary during weekends when many youngsters engage in sporting
activities. Also, the article explores how coaches should handle requests from their players. The
coaches need to identify various conflicts that arise between team members during games. Also,
Rick emphasizes how coaches need to teach players particularly in baseball and soccer on how to
promote fair games. Not let any teammate left hanging implies that coaches need to ensure that
every team member should receive adequate training in support of all team members (Wolff,
n.pag). Co-ordination is an essential virtue for team members as it's influenced by how children
are introduced to sports.
I believe that Rick main idea targets parents as they introduce their children to different
