Trust, Connectivity, and Thriving: Implications for Innovative Work Behavior
The study explains how employees' innovative behavior at the workplace can be influenced by
trust, connectivity and thriving. The study examines the relationship that exists between
connectivity, trust and thriving. One hundred and seventy-two employees were selected across
different companies to investigate if such ties exist and the impact it has on the employees and
the company.
The first fact-finding was in the relationship that exists between connectivity, trust and the
second fact-finding was on the link between thriving and being innovative. The result showed
that connectivity moderates the connection between trust and thriving. The findings also showed
that thriving enhances the relationship between creative behaviors at the place of work and
connectivity. It gives the clear picture that connectivity and trust creates a conducive
environment that gives employees a chance to thrive and be creative at their respective job
places.

Impact of Ethical Leadership on Innovative Work Behavior: Mediating Role of Self-
Efficacy
The article explains the relationship that exists between ethical leadership in an organization and
innovations behavior at the work place. The study used a sample of 51 men and 62 women from
public universities to determine the link that exists between creative work behavior and the
mediator. Having an ethical leader in an organization can be a source of inspiration to many
employees which can motivate them to be creative.
The findings showed that ethical leadership influences the employees' innovative behavior at
work. It shows that the perception created by the mediator at the place of work can foster
employees into becoming very creative. It also showed that employee’s self-efficacy plays an
essential role in being innovative at the place of work.
Innovative Work behavior and sex differences in perception and evaluation of creative
work behavior
The study shows the bias that exists towards women when it comes to innovation. It is perceived
that men are more innovative than women in the workplace. It indicates that thinking about
innovation at the place of work is thinking about men. This can affect the morale of women at
the place of work due to such stereotype.
Three field studies done shows that women who innovate do not receive proper performance
evaluation. It also shows that in cases where men are innovative, the level of recognition and
performance evaluation is better than in women. Therefore the research study highlights the form
of sex bias that exists towards innovative women in the workplace.

Procedural Justice, Knowledge Sharing, and Innovative Work Behavior for Sustainable
Organization
The study examines how human and social dimension contributes to the organizational
sustainability. It explains how relationships at work, knowledge sharing, and work engagement
plays an important role in mediation. The research paper also indicates that corporate
performance depends on the work engagement of the employees.
Four hundred fulltime employees from different organizations from North Korea were used to
determine the relationship that exists between work engagement and organizational performance.
The results revealed that indeed work engagement of an employee influences the performance of
the company.
The connection between the four articles is innovation at the workplace. All the articles examine
the factors that influence innovation in the workplace. This varies depending on the environment
and the leadership that exists within the organization. It is also evident that the employee’s
morale and satisfaction at the place of work are vital to innovation.
