divert the participant’s attention from the gravity of their issues to their internal strength in
overcoming them (Reynolds, 2018). By enhancing an individual’s ability to meditate on their
natural strength, yoga offers a personalized solution to one’s problems. This affects the mind
and eventually the entire body. The mind controls the entire body. All emotions, beliefs and
