Measure where information value is high
Some of the areas where Uber gets a huge number of customers are around cities and airports. In
most of the busy towns and cities, Uber services are of paramount importance. This is because
there are a large number of people traveling from point to the other for business purposes. The
other Users user customers are the ones connecting from the airports to the cities or hotels.
Around these places, Uber gets more clients per day compared to the other parts of the country.
Uber has taken a number of steps to ensure that it maintains its customers as well as ensuring that
their customers enjoy their services. One of these steps is a constant growth of their brand. At
first, Uber started by transporting people. It was just a simple service that has now grown to
become more complex. Some of the growth witnessed in this company include premium car
service and ride sharing (Millard-Ball, 2005). They also offer food delivery services to their
clients and their services are constantly evolving. This growth should be increased to cater for all
human transport needs which include cargo transport as well as parcel delivery on behalf of its
customers.
Uber Company should also struggle and negotiate with the authorities to safeguard its rights.
Sometimes back, no one was allowed to use Uber services from Newark airport. This was also
witnessed in some other airports following the rules that were set aside to govern how the
shuttles and taxis operate (Cozza, 2012). The Uber management has to fight so that it can get a
chance to fulfill its customer's needs; dropping them at the airports and picking them from the
airport.

The other area that will help Uber in retaining its customers is focusing on improving its
customer experience. This can be achieved by making their application more user friends and to
dynamically change so that it can accommodate all the users and their needs. There is also an
aspect of using a well written email address to address its clients and to notify them of any new
changes or challenges that occur on their services. This will make their customers feel that they
belong in Uber community.
Make a decision and act on it
The Uber company performance at a given point will be determined by its reliability. This is how
effective the service is offered, which is mostly determined by the number of available cars at a
given pick up point. The other factor that we will consider will be the cost of transport from one
point to the other using Uber services and then we will compare that with the other services
available in that area. The other key factor that we will look into is the effectiveness of its
application (Amey, Attanucci, & Mishalani, 2011). How easy it is to use the application and how
accurate the map on the application is. This is the three key factors that we will look into, and
they are useful in retaining the customers.
Uber Company should have as many cars available at a given time, slightly above the number of
cars provided by other existing companies (Cozza, 2014). Data collected from the users should
be used in determining the number of vehicles at a given station. The map used by Uber in their
application should be very accurate. This will build trust and customers will be comfortable
Using Uber application. The cost of transport should be divided in such a way that all people will

be accommodated depending on their social class. The cost should be affordable to the majority
of the customers.
