Summary of the book
The novel presents a multitude of threats that are imminent in England. However, none of
the threats seems to be more real as opposed to that brought by the Zombies. The common belief
underlying the latter is that they are a part of the deceased England ancestors who have
seemingly come back to cause trouble to the people (Austen, Jane, and Seth).
The protagonist in the novel, Elizabeth was rained by her father and due to her devotion
to his teachings; she managed to become a highly skilled warrior. The problem is with her
mother who is determined to get them married inclusive of her sister. They were sent to a party
where they managed to get in contact with zombies but lucky for them; they are skilled in
tackling them. Thus they defended themselves. After that, a coincidence occurs in which Jane;
Elizabeth’s sister meets Charles whom she felt an emotional attraction towards, had a friend;
Darcy. The latter is a zombie hunter, but he does not have the knowledge that Elizabeth and
Janet her sister also share the same spirit.
After several occasions, the two antagonizing characters met in one of their zombie
killing sprees when their hate for one another gradually turned to liking and finally to love. This
was a folding of event that was not welcomed especially by Elizabeth’s aunt, Catherine, who
wants her to marry her cousin. In the meantime, Lydia, Elizabeth’s sister elopes with Wickham,
and they got married at Darcy’s urging. Elizabeth later got into a dangerous fight with her aunt,
Catherine whom she spared her life. After that Darcy and Elizabeth got married, and they went
together on zombie killing spree as a couple.
From the above summary of the novel, the type of video game that develops is that of a
zombie video game that has human characters that unite to fight the ‘unmentionables’ that are a

threat to the human race. The video game inculcates as well into reality by incorporating the real
lifestyles of the characters when they are not in combat with the zombies. This has a positive
impact in doing away with boredom and monopoly of the video game with zombies. The
objective of the video game will be to incorporate real-life experiences.
Part 1: Cut-scene
It is a world infested with zombies comprising of all manner of horror scenes that are
practically happening to the dreading people. It is not a walk in the park anymore as people are
living under constant threat from the horrifying creatures that some were once their beloved but
due to the transformation, they are perilous. This serves to portray the environment in the video
as being inhuman as the infested scavenge and hunt their fellow human beings. In so doing, the
‘stricken’ have made life unbearable for the ordinary people, and so there is the dire need for
survival at any cost. Scary as they are, nothing makes them back off from their quest and thirst
for blood, which has made even the filming crew to keep their distances from them.
The graphics in the scene mentioned above create a visually realistic image to the person
playing the game. This is mainly attributed to the fact that they appear as though the place and
the characters in it are hand-drawn. The vicinity is represented by mild bordered images, which
have straight lines in tandem with cures that appear to be smooth flowing. There is a thin cover
or rather a layer that makes the game not to appear too bright or dull thus bringing the visual
image that is expected by the player. The technicality in the game is inspired by the fact that
movements and character motion is guided or rather made possible by tapping on the arrows
keys or pressing the arrow buttons on the gaming pad. This directly implies that the icons and the
buttons match; it is up to the player to know the right one to use for a particular moment.

On the other side of life, the mother to the sisters has a role to play in seeing to it that her
daughters are at least be responsible for their own lives. The scene of her presence makes one
reckon with the powerful influence she has with the daughters. She portrays the defiant figure to
age and full of wisdom as she summons the sisters to let them share her dream for she takes it as
a natural thing to get married when the time is right, and this was called for when Elizabeth and
her sisters had their mother intervene to get them exposed to men for marriage purposes
(Klevjer).
Part 3: Descriptive framework about the game
1. Vision
The Pride & Prejudice & Zombies game was developed to incorporate the vibrant output
by technologies such as PS4 as well as the play-station vision accessories. In this case, the game
makes use of the cutting edge technologies with a high level of techniques being frequently used
as found in the aforementioned PS4 and the play station (Goo). The ability of the machines to
prepare for new challenges faced by the game controls makes them quite remarkable.
Looking at the Pride & Prejudice & Zombies game, the awkward scene is that of the
‘unmentionables’ and how they can deal with the helpless human being. The characters that play
the lead roles of coping with and killing the zombies by fighting them away are making the
games to be even more interesting. This comes at a time when the threats paused by the zombies
are becoming rampant and unpredictable. The principal characters, therefore, have to play a role
in setting the pace for human movement towards dealing with the situation.
The controls used by the gaming devices make the process of manipulating the characters
to be possible and seemingly perfect. The player’s avatar from any player within the game can be

used to have the game played, but the effectiveness may not be equal across the platform as there
are cases that need upgraded versions of the applications. Due to the high demand for the game,
there are plans to have the apps available to the general public through play stores and other
online sources (Klevjer).
2. Controls
The controls of the game are up to date with such elements such as making a selection are
efficiently executed through the movements made the body parts like the fingers. Other controls
are sophisticated to the extent of receiving specific commands for execution. For example, the
spoken words of ‘open the door ‘result to the door in the game scene getting opened. There are
also wireless technologies incorporated in the play station and PS4 that makes it even easy to
control making, for example, the dual shock two wireless controls. Considering the Pride &
Prejudice & Zombies game through the controls, it will be comfortable and convenient to have
the game played as the controls allows for customizations in line with the players wish (Goo).
3. Icons
The hardware for the game is the computer device that contains the apps for the game.
On the other hand, the PlayStation and the PS4 are forming part of the gaming devices (Galleso).
There are accessory means of getting to the specific tools to have the game control. For example,
the toolbox in both the real world and virtual sense provides the control for the different aspects
of the game. In this case, the Pride & Prejudice & Zombies game promises a great experience to
the players who can customize the resolution of their computers to have the game played in an
appearance that they wish.

are as well varied with their contribution towards playing the game exciting. In this case, the
