I.  Introduction and Thesis 
Annually, the supreme courts of the United States receive lawsuits from families 
taking care of children with autism disorder. Therefore in recent, there is the need for the 
intervention of the government to ensure the adequacy is specified through the incorporation 
of the right programs.  
II.  Background Information 
a)  The increase in the number of complaints the supreme courts receive concerning 
district schools and the call by the IDEA unit to assure better education programs is 
offered to the students with various disabilities, autism inclusive.  
III.  Understanding of Opposition 
a)  Tutors claim that the method to discern the best techniques of learning is not quite 
defined.  
b)  The best procedures to teach one student with autism slightly differ from one student 
to another.  
IV.  Position  
a)  Every student with autism disability is unique in a personal way, and it is the role of 
their teachers to identify their uniqueness and best way of learning. 
b)  Education should benefit whoever is receiving it. Existence of the right laws to 
determine affectivity will ensure that tutors are up on their toes doing their best with 
autism students. 
V.  Common Ground 
a)  Indeed determining the right program for every student with autism is not quite an 
easy task.
